Convertful Review: Amazing Lead Generation Software

If you have not heard of Convertful before this, fear not. It is not a JVZoo product, but a gem of a lead generation software.

But really? Isn’t it just another optin form software? Don’t we already have tons of it out there?

Well my friend, I was in your shoes, thinking the exact same thing. Until today. And I hope to answer your questions on Convertful in this succinct Convertful Review.

Convertful Review: An Introduction

I first encountered Convertful when they ran a lifetime deal (LTD for short) over on the LTDF Group last year. Back then, I was happy with my OptinMonster Legacy license and didn’t think of changing.

Don’t get me wrong, I still like OptinMonster. But a couple of months back, GetSiteControl passed me a generous three months access to their plugin and boy, I didn’t want to go back to regular optin form software anymore.

What made GetSiteControl stand out, was their survey and customer satisfaction widget. Instead of just regular optin forms, implementing the survey widget helped shed insights on the kind of readers I have on Leokoo.com and the type of content they are looking for moving forward.

That helped move me from running ‘blind’ to understanding my readers. And from there, what would make them subscribe to the newsletter (because I’m giving them what they want, right?)

In comparison, it is frustrating to note that the current set of popular WordPress Optin plugins (Convert Pro, Thrive Leads, OptinMonster and Bloom by Elegant Themes), does not have any form of survey widgets.

However, as money was tight from buying lifetime deals and trying to implement them for clients, I reluctantly parted ways with GetSiteControl when my three months trial was over.

Would there be another software in the same mould as GetSiteControl? Or better? I thought the day would never come.

So when the Convertful Lifetime Deal landed on various groups, I was not keen. It is just a glorified optin form, I told myself. Plus, I already had a few plugins that could do the job and not be shackled by page views.

I had also invested quite a bit on the GridPane and Easy Digital Downloads lifetime deals. Both pricey and unexpected deals, but essential for growing my WordPress Care Plan business.

Spending more money was the last thing on my mind.

Convertful Review: Why Should You Sign Up?

But all it took was some curiosity and I was hooked. I signed up for Convertful’s free account and was just looking through its features when I noticed their Quiz Funnels. And then I knew I had to grab a Convertful LTD.

You see, while all other optin forms do the regular optin form stuff (e.g: pop-up, slide-in & floating bar with various triggers such as exit intent and page scroll), they don’t focus on lead generation.

What sets Convertful apart, are their unique conversion solutions. While some are getting more common (e.g: gamification optins), others are just brilliant.

I like their Welcome Video Pop-Ups, Quiz Funnels and their Follow Coupon Boxes. That shows me that Convertful isn’t just another copycat company, but one that is willing to innovate and improve.

Convertful Review: Decisions?

This year’s edition of the Convertful LTD is priced higher than last year’s. But it is understandable, as Convertful is now a more matured product with thousands of development hours invested.

If you are on a budget, I recommend that you grab yourself the lowest tier plan (LTD Silver – $69), as 50k of visitors will bring you a long way. However, if you run a blog, I suggest that you take the next tier (LTD Gold – $169), as that will secure your lead generation for awhile.

Finally, if you run an agency and would like to implement Convertful for clients, grab the LTD Platinum tier, which gives you 750k visits per month and 20 sub-accounts.

Convertful Review: Conclusion

I really like Convertful and will grab a lifetime license myself. However, if Convertful could do a Jetpack Subscribe integration, that would make this tool even better. Otherwise, it is still an amazing product.
